The skinny on me: I have loved the power of words for as long as I can remember, spending my formative years writing songs, novels and screenplays before becoming a professional journalist. Crafting words on a page eventually paved the way to speaking, teaching, coaching and consulting, opening many doors across several industries to serve and equip a wide diversity of professionals. It has been an unpredictable and unforgettable journey so far! 

I hold a bachelor's degree in Communications from Florida State University and a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary. Ordained as a deacon by The United Methodist Church, I also am certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), strengths performance coaching, facilitation and human resources (PHR).  

A resident of Franklin, Tenn., I enjoy family life, time with friends, fitness, reading, writing and watching college football.
